CODS are always pleased to welcome new members and
new friends to the Society.
Performance members.
CODS welcomes new members to join them for their productions.
As with the majority of Societies we are particularly keen to welcome young members. Just contact us and we tell you where and when our current production is taking place.
If you belong to another society and wish to join us for a particular production you are more that welcome to come along and join us. As with other societies, you have to be a paid up member to perform!
If you are interested in a particular part in a show, you are very welcome to audition but we would like to draw your attention to the Audition procedures.

Helping in other ways. Most people join a society to perform on stage or sing in a choral concert.
We frequently welcome new members who join us to help in a variety of other ways, for example we have a well established costume team who are always looking for new helpers. The set crew also are always looking for new recruits and there a wide variety of skills needed in set construction and painting, lighting and sound.
In addition to these skills help is always welcome as front of house and bar staff during performances, as well as pure and simple fetching and carrying when we set up shows and take them down after a run.
