Alternative Plan are a band infused with hard rock, original metal, blues and indie. The fourpeice have been jamming since 2007, and have played a handful of gigs in the mid Devon area with prospects of many more in the coming future. A mix of all types of rock, Alternative Plan play music that steers AWAY from those samey indie bands, power chord pop and the new wave of trance-emo-dance-screamo-thing bands that dominate the mainstream music scene these days. Alternative Plan play original music, gathering techniques from their wide range of influences, be it spacerock techno, classic progressive rock, jazz, punk or heavy metal into a very listenable band that comes together to bring a decent classic rock/metal band that is remeniscent of so many bands - Foo Fighters, Black Sabbath, Bloc Party, Metallica, Rage Against The Machine, Jimi Hendrix and so many more......
